1. Simple Introduction
XJJ-50T Charpy impact testing machine is mainly used in measuring impact toughness of non-metallic materials such as rigid plastics (including sheet, pipe, plastic profile), reinforced nylon, glass fiber reinforced plastic, ceramic, cast stone, and electrical insulation materials, etc. It is widely used in the chemical industry, scientific research units, colleges and universities quality inspection and other departments.
It is an accurate and reliable impact testing machine with simple structure, easy and convenient to operate.
The machine is equipped with a 10 inch full color touch screen. It can calculate the impact strength and store the data according to the energy loss value automatically collected if input the size of the sample. This machine is also equipped with USB export, it can export data directly through U disk, and input it to PC software with U disk provided by our company to edit and print experiment reports.

2. Working principle
The specimen of horizontal beam is attacked by the pendulum with known energy, and destroyed by one time impact of the pendulum. The impact line is located in the center of the two supports. The energy difference of the pendulum hammer before and after impact is used to determine the energy absorbed by the specimen during failure. Then the impact strength is calculated according to the original cross-sectional area of the specimen.
